At Big Beach Travel, protecting both you and our business from payment fraud is a top priority.

When submitting payment—whether for planning fees, proposals, or booked travel—you are authorizing Big Beach Travel and Vanessa McIntyre to charge the payment method you provide.

To ensure the safety and integrity of your travel investment, Big Beach Travel follows strict best practices for credit card and payment security:

• You will only be charged through secure, authorized payment portals: Square and Fora Travel, Inc.

• I require a signed Professional Services Agreement and payment authorization before initiating bookings.

• You must be the authorized user of the credit card or payment method provided, and by submitting payment, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the account and that sufficient funds are available.

• Big Beach Travel and Vanessa McIntyre are not liable for any fees, penalties, or consequences related to unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment methods.

• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback for valid, authorized services may result in cancellation of services and additional administrative fees.

These policies are in place to protect both of us—ensuring a professional, secure, and transparent planning process.
