    Big Beach Travel – Professional Services Agreement (PSA)
    Effective upon client acknowledgment and/or payment of any planning or proposal fee

    This Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Big Beach Travel (a travel advisory service operated by Vanessa McIntyre, affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.) and the undersigned client ("Client").

    By engaging the services of Big Beach Travel and submitting payment for any planning or proposal fee, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions as noted in the PSA

    I authorize Vanessa McIntyre of Big Beach Travel to charge my credit card for the applicable planning/proposal fee.

    I understand this fee is non-refundable and separate from booking costs.

    I agree to review all travel documents and that Big Beach Travel is not liable for client errors or omissions.

    I will not initiate a chargeback and will address any disputes directly with Big Beach Travel.

    I acknowledge that Big Beach Travel acts as a booking agent and is not liable for third-party disruptions or force majeure events.

    I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Beach Travel for any losses, errors, or disruptions outside their control.
